Having taken more than a few client/patient/customer feedback surveys over the years, I sometimes wonder if I’m just tossing words into the void. “Will they actually listen or do anything with this information?” For CWM, the answer is a resounding “Yes” – we actively review feedback and share summaries with our leadership and team, often using it to validate paths taken or springboard discussions about where to go next.
