COVID-19

Updated April 2, 2020

The health and well-being of our clients and team members are our utmost priority. To that end, as with many businesses in our area, with the evolving COVID-19 situation we’ve felt it is necessary to adjust our approach to client care and take additional precautionary measures to limit one-on-one interaction and avoid potential exposure.

Our ultimate goal is to continue to be a resource to you and your family in a safe and supportive environment. We plan on remaining open with our regularly scheduled business hours, but with the following new protocols:

  • We restricted office access as of Tuesday, March 17th, and our office is only accessible to CWM team members. Should you need to access the office to drop off paperwork, etc. please e-mail or call our front desk at (425) 778-6160 to arrange a time and we can meet you in the building lobby.
  • We have postponed all in-person meetings, and are instead conducting these discussions over the phone or via Zoom meeting

Feeling technologically challenged? Virtual meeting setup is simple and straightforward, as easy as clicking a link, and we are happy to walk you through process. We have been offering virtual meetings for many years and have a well-established format. You may even enjoy the experience and find this a great option for future meetings as well!

  • CWM team member workstations accommodate the 6-foot rule, and some team members have opted to work remotely, for their own safety and comfort. For some weeks, in addition to regularly disinfecting the office (particularly door handles and phones and even removing the public candy dish), wearing masks in public, etc. we have also asked team members to remain at home when exhibiting any signs of illness.

Rest assured, we are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to provide as much care and support as we can. For the latest information on COVID-19 and its impact on the region, we highly encourage you to visit the CDC or DOH.

Remember that the CWM team is here for your during this challenging time; we are just an e-mail or phone call away at (425) 778-6160. We know that for many, this is a massive adjustment, and we are fortunate to live in a day and age that offers so many options that allow us to work, continue education, and connect remotely.

We appreciate the efforts of our officials, physicians, educators, business owners, and community as a whole in working to calmly limit the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your patience while we work to get through this together. Our hearts go out to the families and individuals directly impacted by the virus.

Yours in solidarity,

The CWM Team

P.S. We know that many jobs within our community – from the store clerk to the staff at our favorite local restaurants – are unable to work from home and may experience a significant decrease in wages as a result. If you have a local place and people that you care about, we encourage you to find ways to support them through this challenging time. Many restaurants offer To-Go orders or food for delivery, and gift cards may be purchased for use once stores and restaurants reopen, hopefully lessening the gap. United we stand!
