BETTER TOGETHER: A Virtual Brunch to Celebrate with Someone We Love

Registration for this event has closed.  Please call the CWM office at (425) 778-6160 with any questions.

Please join your CWM team for a hands-on cooking experience offered live via Zoom from the comfort of home featuring Chef Marianna Stepniewski from PCC Natural Markets.

Saturday mornings are for mimosas and brunch.  Chef Marianna will guide guests through creating an indulgent three-dish brunch featuring a one-skillet Mediterranean shakshuka, a creative and modern take on a savory scone, and a foolproof oven-baked candied bacon.  Don your aprons, roll up your sleeves and break out the champagne flutes - a Saturday brunch well spent brings a week of content.  At the conclusion of class we will sign off and enjoy the fruits of our labor with loved ones.

In order to fully participate in the event guests will need to have access to a computer or tablet in their kitchen. (Recipes, a shopping list, pre-class prep, and an equipment list will be sent a week prior to the event.)

Event is by invitation only.  Please register by Sunday, January 31st by clicking the "Reserve Your Seat" button or calling (425) 778-6160.

About the instructor: Marianna is a pastry chef and Washington native who grew up in the central part of the state.  After several years in the veterinary industry, Marianna switched careers and now teaches cooking all around the Puget Sound and as far east as Snoqualmie.  Marianna focuses on technique-driven classes and loves to demystify the cooking and baking process and its associated sciences.
