CWM is Excited to Announce the Launch of our NEW Client Portal
After months of anticipation CWM clients are now invited to enroll for access the new, improved CWM client portal for the latest portfolio and account balances, performance data, a shared document vault, billing statements, and more. View this 5-minute video tutorial for a glimpse of the layout and features available in the new system.
To activate portal access:
- Call the office at (425) 778-6160 -OR- contact us to request your temporary password.
- Once you’ve received your temporary password, watch this 3-minute video: Activating Your CWM Client Portal.
- After watching the video, click here to enter your username, temporary password, and create a new permanent password. You may wish to bookmark the portal login page, which will also be available via the ‘Client Login’ link in the upper RIGHT corner of the CWM website, then select the ‘CWM Client Portal’ link toward the middle of the page.
- Upon initial login, you will be prompted to use dual-factor authentication – sending an access code to either your e-mail address or cell phone.
